Montara
The Montara development comprises the Montara, Swift and Skua fields, all located in the southern Timor Sea, north of the Kimberly region of Western Australia.

The development at Montara comprises an unmanned four-legged
well-head platform (WHP), four horizontal production wells, a
single gas re-injection well, a Floating Production Storage and
Offloading (FPSO) vessel and associated mooring system, flowlines,
risers and control umbilical connecting the WHP to the FPSO.
The Montara Venture FPSO features:
- 750,000 barrels of operational storage
- 40,000 barrels per day oil production
- Accommodation for 60 people
The development at Swift comprises initially three subsea wells (Swift, North 1 and Swallow 1) tied back to the Swift manifold via rigid spool flowlines. The subsea manifold is connected to the WHP via an 18 km 14" rigid flowline. The development at Skua comprises two subsea wells (Skua 10 and Skua 11) tied back to the Swift Field manifold via a 5.5 km 10" rigid flowline.
First Oil is expected Q2, 2013.
